Today we borrow from three of my favorite reading worlds: Longevity fitness, spiritual practices and the game of pool, sometimes referred to as billiards.
In Pool a “Combo” shot means the white cue ball is aimed at a colored “object” ball such that the first object ball predictably, if the shooter is skilled enough, hits another object ball and sends that second ball into a pocket on the pool table.
In the book Zen Pool: Awaken the Master Within, author Max Eberle, renowned champion pool player writes…
“Zen Pool is playing for the love of the game, being in the moment, being aware of your body, paying attention, and having clear intentions.
There is a Zen balance between letting go and holding on in what you are doing. Mental and physical awareness must be coupled with relaxation and calm of mind.“
These are good instructions for when and how to implement intentional Longevity Fitness practices.

Then Combo our health, fitness, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle choices such that they extend the I get to wellness activity privilege, rather than I have to workout and eat these Brussel sprouts. WF!
