With Autumn officially present in Earth’s northern hemisphere, we have health and fitness choices to make for the next few months.
Instead of considering Fall as the time to start winding down in preparation for Winter’s in-door activities, let’s look at this season as opportunity for a Fresh Outdoor Start.
We can tell ourselves that Autumn is pre-training – a defense – against upcoming cold weather inside sedentary over-indulgence.
These still good-weather months of Fall for exercise and healthy eating can set the tone for an out-the-gate-ready 2025 New Year.
In fact, let’s bring on the bugle and the They’re Off mindset seen every month of May at the Kentucky Derby.
Hearts will stir, goosebumps will rise and this Autumn we will Cheer and Move with all the Glory that Health and Fast Horses can muster. WF!
