Distilling this new month of March into movement may be how we counteract reminders that March, 2020, was when COVID-19 entered our collective consciousness.

How about if we make these next 31 days the Exercise Dance of Life Month?

It doesn’t matter whether the body’s movements are sharp, athletic and precise or blurred due to injury, age or lack of coordination. Some part of us exults in the joy of movement.
