Why? The long-awaited Fancy Pants Week is here. If you haven’t been to class in a while…this may be the week to return in your most outrageous Fancy Pants. The top three Fancy Pants wearers in each class – Pacific Beach, Serra Mesa, Mission Valley and College Rolando Libraries – will receive high recognition and applause.
Celebrity and fame await the Fancy Pants bold among us. WF!
