Since today is the first Monday after Labor Day, we may be yearning for, or feeling, that back-to-school or new job sense of energy – even if those activities no longer define our lives.

At Life’s most basic we are about breathing in and breathing out.
On the global stage we see life, death and life in the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and accession to the throne of her son, King Charles III.
While our lives are not as scripted as England’s royal family, there is a predictable mandate within each of us which compels to Start Again.
Starting Again is life’s quintessential element.
Starting Again tells us that whatever is dark will end.
Let’s feed and water Starting Again.
Exercise it. Give it some air.
Starting Again will pave our way to sunshine of the spirit. WF!
