December is a wonderful month for Beginning Our fitness.
“Hold on”… “Haven’t we put on our kerchief and settled down for a long winter’s nap?”
If all of nature is prompting us to slow down due to Earth’s northern hemisphere becoming colder, how do we start-up our exercise engines such that we feel we are in the Beginning, rather than the last month of the Calendar year?

By Starting with our FAVORITE and most CONVENIENT form of exercise, we fuel the Beginning of a workout or fitness program.
We don’t have to complicate the process.
Beginning is as Simple as 1-2-3…
1. What is easiest to start?
Step out the door for a walk; get on an indoor Exercycle; flip on a favorite YouTube Zumba® Gold dance routine; pick up those stretch bands; do modified non-jump, jumping jacks in the living room.
2. What is easiest to repeat within one, two or three days?
3. Which FAVORITE activity brings the most JOY?
