Daylight Savings Time sets in motion stirrings that Spring is on its way.
As shared with my most recent two Zumba Gold(R) classes, the month of March creates a good time for each of us to take small discovery steps.
For example we might eat at a different ethnic restaurant, wear a color that doesn’t seem to fit our personality (that’s beige for me,) or buy weekly groceries at another neighborhood store. Nothing major – just enough action to demonstrate willingness for something new. Then let’s share, either in class or by replying to this blog post, what we learned.
Why venture into the unfamiliar? Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said it best…A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions. WF!
