The National Moment of Remembrance Act, signed into law by President Bill Clinton on December 28, 2000, designated 3:00 p.m. local time on Memorial Day each year as the moment when Americans are asked to pause to honor those who died in the pursuit of freedom and peace.
We can pause today at 3:00 p.m.. It’s good for our USA collective soul. WF!
