MAGIC PILL

This pre-Christmas week our thoughts turn to gifts – just right, satisfying, useful, helpful, enlightening, joy fulfilling, heart warming and treasured by the recipient.

A Magic Pill Gift?

A majority of us reading these weekly posts might agree that Successful Aging would be a valued gift.

In the book, Successful Aging, based on a MacArthur Foundation Study of Aging in America, by John L. Rowe, M.D. and Robert L. Kahn, Ph.D., we learn that Successful Aging includes a reduced risk of disease, ongoing maintenance of physical and cognitive performance, and actively engaging with life.

Shall we consider the concept of Successful Aging a perfect gift – one that helps us maintain optimum physical and mental strength throughout our 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, even 90’s and beyond?

Is there any chance this gift can be delivered in the form of a Magic Pill, as. shown in today’s graphic?

Science is not there yet, even though research and big Pharma are rushing to present this type of Magic Pill to the public.

I Found the Magic Pill in half a sentence by Master Trainer Pete McCall, in
his most recent book, Ageless Intensity, page 92.

Please accept this quote as my Christmas Gift to you:

...start Thinking of Every Workout as Taking a Magic Pill capable of extending the length and quality of your life.

Pete McCall

CHANGING OUR THINKING about the Privilege of Exercise and Working Out IS the Magic Pill already Within Each of Us.

Hallelujah. Joy to the World. WF!
