This week we borrow the phrase “In All Things Give Thanks…” from 1 Thessalonians chapter of the Bible.
The sentence originally caught my eye because it does not say FOR All Things…; but IN All Things…
Whatever our Health and Fitness state this Thanksgiving week, let’s take a step back, look at it and say…“I Choose You“.
Easy enough to choose being thankful if everything is hunky-dory.
How, though, can some adverse circumstance or illness give rise to feeling Thankful?
We begin by considering what beneficial new people or events came into our lives as the result of the unplanned, uninvited misfortune.
Has happiness sparked up from the smallest exchange or mundane incident?
This week let’s look for JOY in the commonness of our life – in our ability to do even the smallest physical or cognitive activities.
How wonderful not to take any of our living for granted.
IN ALL THINGS WE GIVE THANKS… WF!
FITNESS CLASSES AND PERSONAL TRAINING WILL RE-START IN JANUARY, 2024.
