Humpty’s Loss, Our Gain

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,                             Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.                              All the king’s horses and all the king’s men,   Couldn’t put Humpty together again.

    Since Humpty can’t be saved, we might as well use his egg white as a protein centered start-to-the-day metabolism boost.

When I don’t eat breakfast at home, my fast food of choice is the Starbucks Eggwhite Spinach Feta Whole Wheat Wrap at 290 calories, including 19 protein grams. (This tasty wrap is high in sodium at 890mg, so we definitely don’t want to add extra salt on the rest of the day’s meals.)
