The Monday morning after…
Here we are the Monday after Daylight Savings moved up an hour.
Our digital devices had set themselves via electrical force, leaving us fewer and fewer clocks to take down off the wall and move the hands forward.
Outside darkness tells us we need more sleep.
But wait!
Now we have enough daylight for an after-dinner walk, helping the body digest and assimilate its food earlier in the day.

Since we have gained an hour of daylight each day for another eight months, though, we may as well “make hay while the sun shines.”
Whoopee! Let’s kick up our exercise activities a notch during extra daylight and bring on smiles, hugs and cheers.
