One of my granddaughters gave me The Meditation Coloring Book and a Zen Garden kit for Christmas. Thoughtful presents for a grandma who runs her days at high octane pace.1
Adult coloring, though, has become an anti-anxiety relaxation technique designed to help de-stress mind and body. If heavy El Niño rains keep us indoors – after doing our living room cardio – we may want to break out a mandala2 coloring book and pencils and release our inner therapist. WF!
