“My muscles feel really good.” I said to myself after a vigorous workout at the gym yesterday. My happiness reminded me of Jack LaLanne’s enthusiasm during his 1960’s television show that many of us watched.
The next thought was… “How do I share this happy muscles feeling?” Then I remembered a Boomer/Senior strength training mini-video of me from a couple of years ago.
