We all know the Hometown Hero is admired and respected by a community.
Hometown Heroes are seen as role models because they positively impact our lives, inspire us and transfer We Did It! good feelings.
Sometimes the Hero is one individual…
Or the Hometown Hero can be a championship team – from Little League Baseball’s – age 10 to 12 year old players, to High School Math Wizards, to College Athletic Team and more recently to Senior Games participants.
Occasionally Hometown Heroes are military personnel, first responders, healthcare personnel, civic leaders or activists for a worthy cause.
Communities like to have Parades for Hometown Heroes.
More-than-likely Los Angeles or New York City will host a parade for either the Dodgers or Yankees – when one of these teams wins the Baseball World Series by end of this week.
Every one of us can be a Health and Fitness Hometown Hero.
What if our own get-it-done dedication and discipline influence the family, the neighborhood, the community to make sometimes difficult Healthy Living choices?
Let’s Do it.
Stick to it.
Maybe someone close needs us to be a Hometown Hero. WF!
