Fast forward 30+ years and CLARITY, the quality of being coherent, intelligible, clear, lucid and unobstructed, still shows the way.

We specifically can apply CLARITY to health and fitness goals which elude us.

The work is not to be found in certain exercises or food choices. That comes later.

The effort first is in asking ourselves “Why” – over and over – even going through the stage of “I don’t want this after all.”

Finally murkiness will settle and mind/body will have compelling CLARITY about what we want.

Then keep looking at it. There is a Bible verse that says “By beholding we become changed.”

CLARITY works. Sixty-five pounds ago I pasted a photo of my face onto the magazine picture of a fitness physique model.

Thirty years ago when running slow and cumbersome early in the morning before work, I “saw” the benefit was not only for that day – but for the exuberant quality of life waiting for me way years ahead.

2. Zumba Gold® online easy dance fitness keeps us happy and fit. Classes happen on Fridays at 9:30 a.m.

3. Essentrics® Aging Backwards in-person classes strengthen, stretch and invigorate us.

The 11-week Series, sponsored by the City of Seal Beach, STARTS this Friday, March 18, 2022 and runs through May 27, 2022. Enrollment fee of $149 includes a $10 City registration fee.
