What do we do this Labor Day to share in the frozen, favorite end-of-Summer treat and still protect our waist line?
How about beginning with negotiation: Walk the frozen dessert aisles looking for lower calorie, low sugar options. Maybe non-fat frozen yogurt? Rainbow sherbet? Freeze some fruit?
If only full-fat real deal ice cream will do, then let’s break out our favorite TWO OUNCE mini-bowl (calorie serving on carton generally is four ounces) and dive into Hägen-Dazs® or Ben & Jerry’s® decadence feeling only half sinful, marching around the room, righteously calling out our favorite chant with the neighborhood kids. Everyone Welcome!
The Take Off Corona-10: Sixty-day Small Group PERSONAL TRAINING Weight Loss Challenge will start at 4:00 p.m. next Monday, September, 14, 2020. A private consultation will be scheduled with each enrollee prior to Monday. The Zoom-hosted Small Group Personal Training is limited to four people per session.
Each 50-minute class will include strength training, cardio and a nutrition tips discussion with emphasis on each person’s healthy weight objectives. Sample exercises will be given for days we are not in class.
This Personal Training series will include 13 Sessions = the Private Consultation, 10 Mondays and two Thursdays during first two weeks. Prepay is $325, which equals $25 per session. Prepaid amount will be fully refunded if not satisfied after consultation and first two sessions.
September’s Zumba® Gold Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. and Friday, 9:30 a.m. classes are rocking! Newcomers welcome.
We’re starting a mini Intro-A-Friend-to-Zumba contest this month. The member who brings the most people to class during month of September will win a cool Zumba® Fitness shirt.
Remember any of you can register for classes through go.gymgo.com/truetomybody. I email the Zoom log-in code to all Gymgo members on class day. We laugh, dance and have a great time wondering what tech surprise is coming next.
