Last day of August. Cool breezes returning. Children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews are back in school. A number of Vitality Tip readers visited vacation spots around the globe. We delighted in showing friends and family San Diego’s best. Life is good.
Before we move into September and this Friday’s, September 4th Ovarian Cancer Alliance of San Diego Wear Teal Day to the Mission Valley Library 1:30 p.m. Zumba Gold® class, let’s say one more goodbye to the Scripps Ranch Library Zumba Gold® class.
Thank you to so many who participated every week – attendance averaged between 57 and 62 happy people! We leave with a quote attributed to Dr. Seuss, Theodor Geisel. Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened. WF!
