I am completely out of shape and haven’t exercised in years. Is this stretch class gentle enough for me to begin with?

Is the stretching class only held the one day a week (Friday’s @ noon at Queen Bee’s?)

      Hi, Pamala.
Wow. Sorry to have missed your Reply. I am not teaching the stretch class any more. There are a couple of excellent Essentrics classes in town – particularly Betty Ng, who teaches the more moderate “Aging Backwards” course. Here is a link to Betty’s class schedule. http://www.essentricswithbetty.com/classes/ . WildFire!

Hi, Nancy. I moved from San Diego and no longer teach classes there. Good replacement teachers were found for most of my classes. Just go to Zumba.com, click on classes, then click on Zumba Gold. The classes should show up. Take Care, WildFire!
