POSTURE PERFECT – Vitality #99

I took a class on Sunday which focused on maintaining good posture. Particularly we talked about benefits of a “neutral spine.” Except for the belly button part – our picture below is “Spot” on for maintaining the erect stance which leads to people asking what we do to look so young.

In order to obtain a neutral spine our one adjustment to the picture would be to brace the whole trunk (front and back from below shoulders to mid-thigh.)  Pretend a corset is holding everything in. Then let’s hold that position and greet the world with confidence. WF!
